Frequently asked questions
What does "What Haunts Me" mean to you?
My mentor and thesis reader in graduate school--Dr. Eve Jones--said one should write what haunts them. The only thing that's worth creating is something that lingers in your brain. Anything that truly haunts your every thought must be created. You don't have a choice.
Can't stop thinking about a man who lives underground?
Write the story.
Can't shake an image of a woman made of leaves?
Draw her.
"What Haunts Me" is a constant reminder of what I'm here to do: create what haunts me.
I can't afford a print right now, but I want to support you! How can I?
I have wanted to support different creators throughout my life; sometimes we just don't have space in our budgets for a $20 print. Ko-Fi is a great website that gives everyone the chance to support the creators they love without ruining your budget.

Do you use references when you draw?
Sometimes! It depends on the drawing. When I do use references, I either take photos of myself, or I find images on Pinterest. I have public boards on Pinterest for fellow artists to reference.
